Terms & Conditions
These terms are extracts from our full terms and conditions which are available
in writing by request. We hope this will give you an insight into the operation
of our site.
Fees
- There is a setup fee of £50, which is currently waived for new members as an introductory promotion.
- For owners who update their own calendar, there is a 10% commission on all bookings generated through the site.
- For owners who have us update their calendar, there is a 13% commission on all bookings generated through the site.
Bookings

All owners are expected to keep the calendars up-to-date, either themselves, or by letting us know of new bookings, and therefore keep the availability always current.

Any owners not keeping their calendar up-to-date may be removed from the site.

Cancellations are replaced free of commission if possible. If not possible, then no refund of the fees are given.
Arrangements

We can change our procedures to suit the owner, but our standard policy is £50 per week deposit, and the remainder due 1 month before holiday. Deposit is non-refundable.
- Our commission is deducted and the remainder of the deposit is forwarded to the owner, along with the guests details. The owner will then finalise all details direct with the guest.
- If the booking is taken less than 1 month from the start date, the total amount is charged and forwarded to the owner, less our commission.
- No Telephone numbers, links to websites or email addresses are to be advertised in your wording.
- Owners take full responsibility for the condition of their caravan.
- We take no responsibility for any damage to your caravan.
- It is the owner’s responsibility to have insurances on their caravan
